"Ordered a burger, 4/20/24 9:30 pm. I took 1 bite and pulled out the wax paper separator. Obviously, the line cook did not even flip the burger for even cooking. When I returned to the server, she did apologize. However, the manager ignored the situation. I asked for a beef sandwich in hopes of getting my food sooner. However, after waiting another 8-10 min for the beef, I walked back up to the counter to find a burger after explaining for a 2nd time how I no longer wanted a burger. Then, I had to wait for them now to gain a simple task of making a roast beef. They still offered me the remade burger that i had to deny for a 3rd time. What a joke. The cook should be fired, and the manager needs training. Good luck at this place. P.s. The beef was dry, cold, and un edible. I threw most of it way."
