"The customer service was lacking, likely due to poor management. Initially, we placed our orders: my son and daughter wanted pizzas with light cheese, as they aren't fans of cheese. My wife ordered the shrimp scampi with zucchini, and I opted for the burger plate, which came with fries and a side salad. We started with some bread, but later the waitress informed us that they had run out of Alfredo pasta for my wife's dish. We agreed to substitute it with spaghetti, which wasn't a big deal.
While waiting for our food, we asked for more bread, but the waitress told us they had run out of that too. She offered to bring us something else while we waited, but we declined. When our meals arrived, my daughter refused her pizza because it didn't have the light cheese we requested. My wife complained that her dish didn’t look right, and upon inquiry, we learned that the machine for cutting zucchini was broken, so they had to cut it by hand. We returned the pizza, and my wife wasn't happy with her meal either.
My burger plate arrived without fries, and when I asked about them, the waitress said I had received a salad instead, which I never ordered. Overall, the dining experience was disappointing, and the restrooms were in poor condition and outdated. This restaurant is vastly different from those in Southern California, and we have no plans to return. While the waitress was pleasant, I believe she could benefit from more experience."
