"I ordered online. Ordered a stuffed crust Sicilian off of their website. I did not get a stuffed crust. When I called about it I was told they don't make them and never did. I ordered them very frequently when I lived around the corner from them. That was the only reason I ordered it since there are cheaper options in the area that have the same quality. They did not care that I didn't get what I ordered. I don't understand why it would be an option to order if they dont offer it and I don't understand why they wouldn't try to make up for their mistake. I was basically told that I'm not going to get what I ordered and there is nothing they are willing to do for me to make up for it. Didn't even try to offer."

"We had a great experience at Yum Yum! My family and I visited on a Sunday afternoon, right after a church brunch. The restaurant had a self-service style, which was a pleasant surprise. Customers would seat themselves and then go up to the counter to order. After placing their order, they would receive a number and have their food brought to them. The food came out quickly and was well worth the wait. We ordered chilaquiles, a breakfast burrito, and pancakes for our child. The chilaquiles were flavorful and fresh, the burrito was massive and loaded with delicious fillings, and the spiced potatoes on the side were delightful. Our daughter especially enjoyed the fluffy pancakes. Overall, Stratford was a fantastic spot to enjoy a tasty and peaceful breakfast/brunch by the harbor with friends. We are looking forward to returning in the future."

"I was unimpressed with my dish (skip the tex mex wrap), but the other dishes my group ordered all looked pretty good. The menu is a bit overflowing with choices which some people like, I do not. I think it could be streamlined a bit since they also have a specials menu. The coffee is your standard diner coffee, which I say is a plus, and the staff did a good job keeping the coffee mug topped up. It's a solid diner but nothing I'd go out of my way for. If you're in the area and want breakfast it's worth the stop."

"I recently stopped by a fantastic pizza restaurant for lunch with my son and we really loved it. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The specialty pizzas I ordered, the chicken bacon ranch and margherita, were delicious. However, the plain pizza was a bit too doughy for my liking. I prefer a thicker crust with lots of toppings, but on a plain slice, I felt like there wasn't enough cheese or sauce to balance it out. I will definitely be returning to try out other dishes on their menu. Overall, it was a great experience dining in at this restaurant."

"Went here the other night for a dinner date night and overall the food was delicious! We ordered the fresh burrata cheese appetizer which was our favorite. The sauce for my chicken parmesan entree was a little too watery although the breading was perfect. My wife enjoyed her entree as well. Staff was helpful but it was hard to figure out who our main server was if we needed something. The hostess who seated us noticed that we didn 't have our drinks refilled for a while and brought them over around the same time as our original server finally noticed and brought refills. I don 't mind having double drinks but it felt like communication between the staff wasn 't very good... again it could have been a busy night. One thing I was disappointed about was the atmosphere and music. Thought it was going to be a bit more romantic especially with the Italian decor but turned out to be a classic rock radio station night instead. Don 't get me wrong, I love classic rock (we even sang along to some of the songs) but after dressing up formally for a romantic dinner date night and going to a place called Little Italy , my wife said it best: a little Frank Sinatra would go a long way We went to the movies later and made out so I guess we didn 't need Frank anyways"

"I would give this place zero stars if possible. The staff member was friendly, but it was obvious they handed me leftover slices from the previous night. I went in around 10:30 am, which I guess was too early for fresh pizza. In all my years living in NYC, this is the first pizza shop that has served me an old slice. If I wanted reheated pizza, I would have just bought a DiGiorno from the grocery store. It's unbelievable that they think customers can't tell the difference. They lost my business over what—maybe 30 cents they saved on my slice? It's astonishing how some people fail to understand how to run a successful business. I wouldn't be surprised if this place shuts down soon."

"I ate here for lunch yesterday and was delighted to see that they are gluten-free pasta on the menu. I tried the chicken piccante and shrimp with broccoli in olive oil and garlic and both were fantastic and perfectly cooked and quickly came out what I appreciated during my lunch. The server was a treasure, friendly and very attentive, smiling and happy. The restaurant was nice and clean. I am definitely looking forward to going back and trying something else on their big menu."

"On Saturday night, the restaurant was very quiet. We were seated at 7:30 and no one else came in after us. I ordered the Sunday Ragu, and while the sauce was delicious, the sausage was just okay. The meatball was dry and overcooked, and instead of beef braciole, I received a stuffed chicken roll that I did not like. One of my friends ordered shrimp parm and enjoyed it, while another friend had the sausage scarpiello and thought it was only okay. Someone else ordered the veal and found it to be tough and dry, leaving most of the meal uneaten. However, dessert was very good. This was surprising because we had a great lunch there about a month ago. Perhaps it was just an off night."

"I LOVE SANTI'S PIZZA! I've ordered a number of different meals from them and not one of my orders was under OR overcooked. I usually don't leave reviews (good or bad) but I've ordered 10 times and literally every order EXACTLY what I wanted and how I wanted it. "We just hosted my sister's 60th birthday and everything was wonderful. Alex and his team were very accomodating. The staff was the best! The food was great! The baked ziti and chicken alfredo dishes were cooked to perfection but honestly, I could have filled up on the delicious salad. The party room provided plenty of room for our 35 guests and there was plenty of parking. I highly recommend this restaurant for daily dining or your next event! "Incredible food! The pizza is absolutely fantastic—I can't find the right words to describe how amazing it is! It's far better than Frank's, Domino's, or Pizza Hut. The chicken portofino and the manicotti with meat sauce (I hope I spelled that correctly!) were outstanding as well. The service was excellent, and I loved the decor. This was my first visit to the restaurant, and I’m already a fan! The oil served with the bread basket is delicious; it makes the bread taste almost like garlic bread, but even better. The bread itself is incredibly fresh and warm when you order the bread basket as an appetizer. The ambiance truly captures an authentic Italian feel, especially with the music selection. My server, Amy, was phenomenal—definitely the best server I've ever had! The entire staff is wonderful, but Amy really stood out."
