"Exceptionally bad customer service. The waitress was acting like she is doing some favor to us. We have been waiting for such a long time, no one showed up. I had to literally go to her to ask her to come take our order. The restaurant wasn?t busy at all. No one was there except us. She was sitting and reading something on her phone. Anyway when she came she took the order and again disappeared for a long time again. At the time of bill payment she was the same way. We have been waiting and waiting then when finally came, started asking for tip. On which I said tip is optional only if we like the service. Then she started arguing and said next time if you don?t want to give tip then don?t dine in, just do take out. I responded back that?s not how it works, that?s not how it is in other restaurants. On this she clearly said it on my face that GO TO OTHER RESTAURANTS Next time. I am never going back to this Thai place again. As far as food is concerned, the quantity was small and it was too salty. The owner of the restaurant should really needs to take action and responsibility of this poor customer service and rude ill-mannered staff."
