"A few weeks ago, we called to place an order at this restaurant. We requested two orders of ribs, but the young girl taking our order informed us, "We're out of ribs." She sounded quite unsure and hesitant. I was really disappointed that a BBQ place would be out of ribs, but I understand that these things can happen. I then said, "Okay, we’ll take chicken," only to find out she responded, "We don’t have any chicken either." I get that managing a small-town business can be tough, but experiences like this might prevent us from ordering again. Perhaps if an adult had answered and clearly communicated that they were out of those items, it would have felt different. Still, who knows? The food has been good during the few times I've eaten there, but this phone call was definitely disappointing."
