"I wanted to leave a positive review for Fresheria Bonita, but their customer service at this location needs significant improvement. I ordered a power smoothie, but the person at the register seemed unfamiliar with the menu and struggled with handling money. We ended up waiting a long time while they repeatedly discarded the blender contents, and a staff member kept scooping something out of it. After about 20 minutes, I finally asked what was going on, and she mentioned an issue with the blender blade. At that point, I requested a refund. I wondered why they didn’t inform us sooner or if they intended to serve us a smoothie with unknown chunks. I really enjoy Fresheria Bonita’s San Diego location and will continue to visit that one instead!"
