"I came across Ardmore Carry Out in October 2020 and they have been stuck with me since then. Every staff member that I have ever met is kind and professional. The owners go above and beyond to make their staff feel more like family and it shows through the way that they work and interact together. As far as the food, I have personally experienced a wide range of what is served here. The carry out experience is exquisite. The fact that the food is good HOT OR COLD, including the fries is beyond me. Their attention to detail down to the way that they wrap your chicken sandwich in a way where the bread doesn’t get soggy is something that I find thoughtful. I typically pre-order and my food is always ready on time, even during a lunch rush. Did you know that they cater? I’ve ordered catering for pickup for small celebrations. For two years in a row I have ordered holiday smoked turkeys. I have coordinated with George, Michelle, Olivia, and their staff to feed and service groups as large as 125. I have also partnered with them for annual corporate events, where attendees literally left no crumbs. Whether you are looking for something delicious to have for lunch today, or if you’re looking for a well oiled machine to feed your next family reunion, wedding, or corporate event, Ardmore Carry Out is the spot."

"This place has declined so much it 's devastating. But before I go in let me say my server Deanna was absolutely the best. Might be the only saving grace why I would return. My OVERPRICED half crab was not good (and I 'm being nice I have other words I want to use) it was dry and tasted old almost like the freezer, and some kind of artificial oil? I 'm not sure it just had this awful back taste after taste I can 't place. Just unappetizing and gross. My rib eye which looked to have been cut by a dog or chewed on was over cooked and burnt on the ends and while smothered in the horrendously tangy weird thick pan sauce was flavorless. Odd, right? The spinach was fabulous as always. And the service was great. Unfortunately this is not the food I remember at deadfish nor the food you drive from far away places to come eat or spend insane amounts of money on. Also the fact that they charge for bread is disheartening especially if you are having drinks and ordering food. And the bread is soooooo hard lately"

"overall we had a great experience. we went to a Sunday to watch the Patriots game on the big screen and to eat at lunch and hang for the afternoon. there was no wait when we arrived, but it started to fill quickly. eating was good, small portions guac for the price, drinks were good. but I wouldn't suggest ordering the apple. it wasn't my favorite. server was attentive but quick to leave before everyone had a chance to order. Eat and drinks were brought to the table F.A.S.T! Overall, I would recommend it for friends only for the fun atmosphere and huge tvs!"

"June 5, 2021 Ever heard of the children’s 1930 classic tale of Thomas the train engine, “I think I can, I think I can” . . . Flux Restaurant compares favorably as the little start up restaurant in Lisbon Falls ! I’d rate this as a solid 4.75 rating! Jason Chef Tyson General Manager Laveriere purchased the old Dr. Mike’s Cafe; after renovations they opened Flux Restaurant in 2018, to good reviews on their American cuisine with hints of Asian, European, and Mediterranean influences. Ever tried an Aperitif Latin for “open” a light alcoholic drink ? Specialty gentian liqueurs originated in France Italy, infused with spices herbs poured over ice with a squeeze of lemon or lime juice. Example from the Flux Menu . . . Spring Heat Aperitif: Infused jalapeño tequila, St. Germain Liqueur, lime juice, simple syrup, dried local green cayenne and salt rim! Their menu offers a refined narrow choice of entrees, created with local farm to table ingredients that promises freshness and originality! Tonight’s six entrees included a choice of NY strip steak, Mushroom Fried Rice, Flux Burger, Crispy Chicken Sandwich. My wife enjoyed a light Fish Chips. While I ordered a Chef’s special tonight. . . seared Scallops with lap cheongsam sausage, fiddle heads, shimeji mushrooms, wild rice, chilis with a parsnip purée . . . was excellent! Unfortunately we didn’t have room for one of their homemade desserts ! I’ll try a dessert next time Not to worry, they do offer several kid friendly entrees. . . Could try their homemade Mac . Cheese, or Chicken filet, or Tempura fried Haddock. Shout out . . . Craft beers from Maine breweries are available! Grateful Grain Dragin Majik Red great Bissell Brothers Rye Pale Ale Airline Brewing Oatmeal Coffee Stout Orono Brewing Tubular Norumbega Dry Cinder The only side notes for my 4.75 rating . . . A. Limited hours days wish they could serve up lunch, open 6 days a week, but I understand hiring family considerations. B. Wish there’s a view of mountains or coast, as I sip on my Maine craft . . . "I was in the mood for some comfort food and hadn't visited this restaurant in a long time. As we walked in, I looked at the buffet but ultimately decided to order from the menu. I really wish we had just left instead. The mashed potatoes were an unappetizing gray color, and the pinto beans were so thick that a spoon could stand upright in them. I ordered breakfast for dinner, which came with bacon, an egg, gravy, and a biscuit. The egg was the only decent item on the plate. The biscuit was stale and hard, while the gravy was so thick it could also support a spoon. The bacon was bland—how do you even mess up bacon? I ended up with an upset stomach that lasted until the next day. I definitely won't be returning!"

"we have made an online reservation when we arrived, we were told that we cannot make reservations online and we had to wait 45 minutes. I love old chicago, but this device has great problems. I'll go at least three times a month and I'll be asked to wait each time. every time I'm here, there are many other guests waiting for many tables to sit unoccupied. they are very slow in cleaning tables and then get people sitting in them. that's by far the worst old chicago I had."

"New Place whatever-day-we-went. This is a hidden gem. I wasn't expecting such a cool place just looking at the front of the building. Parking was a beast, but we made do. It was a little pricey for what it was, mainly burgers, but the food was good and the environment was really something. I'm not sure if there is an inside area (maybe for parties? maybe it was closed), but the outside area was spacious and attractive. There's a large playground in the middle for the kiddos, and a large bar in the back for the rest of us. There was a wide selection of beers and the bartender was really friendly. The birds scared my GF a little, since they're very acclimated to people and didn't seem too bothered coming right up to you looking for something to eat. I recommend."

"We had a reservation, but they seemed to have no intention of honoring it and ended up seating other guests instead. The burger was quite underwhelming; it reminded me of the cafeteria burgers from school. However, the Monterey cheese was fantastic, and the tomato bisque soup was satisfactory. I enjoyed the Golden Ticket chocolate fondue, but I was disappointed to receive Fruity Pebble Rice Krispies instead of regular ones. My friends thought the mac and cheese was decent and enjoyed the turkey club. The fries were okay, but I found the roasted potatoes to be better. The girl at the door was rude, but the rest of the staff was friendly and helpful. They offer BBQ, but it's Korean-style on the ribs, which isn't my favorite."

"do not appear here for special occasions. we have been feeding here for six years and it has fallen very flat in the last 2-3 years. this time I ordered suppe and a creampe and my partner said he had the same. the waitress repeated 2 suppen, 2 crepes. what have we received? a suppe delivered to my partner (on birthday! and a bad posture when we asked for the second suppe that came out 10-15 minutes later. we were one of only two parties on a Thursday night of 6-7 clock. that was the last stray for us and we will never dine here again."

"I ordered two Chicken Caesar salad wraps and instead got a Caesar lettuce wrap . No chicken in either wrap. I ate one of the wraps at 2 pm so I said maybe its me. So later in the night after the gym at 10 pm I was going to have the other wrap. Irecorded myself unwrapping the wrap it so when I speak with the owner he could see I wasn't bull #iTTING him . I called theshop numerous times to speak to the owner and left various messages and the owner would not call me back. When I spoke with theguy over the phone who was behind the counter he said they normally put two once's of chicken which is still nothing but therewas nothing in this wrap but lettuce. Stay away from this place"

"Fantastic food. Not really traditional Italian but super delicious. The service, on the other hand, is the reason I won't be back. We had decent service for the first half of our experience, except that cocktails arrived about 30 minutes after ordering them, and after the food had already started arriving. But it got worse from there. We had been looking forward to trying dessert, but after a 30 minute wait and various attempts to flag someone down, my 85 year old father walked over to our waitress who had been dodging us for a bit and finally got her attention to deliver the check. 20% gratuity is baked in. It's a shame. Our server maybe earned 10%. It's also a shame that a little more care for the patrons would make this a 5 star experience. With so many great options in the city, like Nostrana and Mucca, your time, money, and excitement are better spent elsewhere."

"I only took away one star due to the Avocado (it's always brown)but this is my FAVORITE place for salads. I wish they would cut the Avocado as its ordered so it stays green. From the Pesto chicken, Lemon Vinaigrette and salata mix down to the sunflower seeds, you build your own salad. You are the chef ‍. Now, keep in mind you are paying $18.49 for a small salad and drink but the salad is not small at all. I think it's worth it and tastes DELICIOUS"

"This charming little restaurant is fantastic! It offers classy food that doesn't come off as pretentious or overly fancy. They have a great selection of coffee and homemade energy drinks to keep you energized throughout the day. I highly recommend trying one of their burgers or breakfast dishes. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the owner is a blonde guy with glasses who always shows up in his Miami Vice-style Hawaiian button-up shirt. It's a delightful atmosphere! I give it a solid 5 out of 5 stars—absolutely love it!"

"A friend and I met for lunch today for the first time trying Aubergine Kitchen. We both got the Mediterranean bowl and really enjoyed it! My only constructive criticism is the employee didn't ask which base I wanted before scooping in quinoa. I like quinoa so I didn't say anything but I had planned to order with rice. The ice machine and flavored drink dispensers also appeared dirty. I think this was at least in part from the hard water in our area but it didn't make me eager to order a drink. Overall the taste was great and I felt like the price point was good for the food I got. There were lots of vegetarian options for anyone specifically looking for that!"
