"Hands down the freshest pizza I've ever eaten! They use Daiya cheese on the vegan pizza, my favorite! Every pizza is made in front of you, you choose the toppings and sauces, buffet style. Then the pizza is slid into a large, brick oven and cooked til it is warm and crispy. Then, you have the option to add extra toppings like fresh parsley, cilantro, basil olive oil, and a ton of other stuff. This joint is locally owned. The owner, Scott, was there greeting every cd and helping make pizzas. He is very friendly, and he told me to spread the word about their vegan options. He also said that he would love to add meatless options like tempeh and tofu, once the place gained more popularity. The employees are all extremely friendly, and all of them were very open and curious about veganism, asking me a ton of questions and even wanting my personal recipes.
