"During my last visit, which was my first time ordering from you, I found the bread on the steak, cheese, and mushroom sub to be really good and pleasantly crispy, and there was an abundance of mushrooms on the sandwich. However, this time the bread was quite soggy in the middle, and one half of my sandwich had very few mushrooms. I initially loved the first sandwich so much that I decided to order it again, so I was a bit disappointed this time around. On a positive note, the baked penne pasta and Howie Bread were both delicious. I understand it was a busy Friday, which might explain the issues with the sub.
