"We have been here many times in the past and this was absolutely the worst. It went bad really fast, that's because our appetizers were rushed out to our table after being obviously microwaved instead of made fresh. We ordered our bottle of wine and ordered our meals, lobster stuffed mushrooms which we were going to split. The sauce was piping hot and the inside was cold. It came out just as our wine got opened and when we asked about bread for the table the waiter stated we don't have it now because of Covid. Really? Then we asked why we were being rushed and he responded with we are shorthanded. Wouldn't it take longer for the food to come out if you were shorthanded. We cancelled our dinners and paid for our bottle of wine and left. We went to Due Amici and enjoyed a nice dinner. It used to be an upscale steakhouse, not anymore!"

"my man and I came here for Valentine's Day. I'm usually vegan, he's omni. we had the vegan poutine and escobar pizza. both were delivered within 10 minutes after the order. bier selection was super, very environment, cool environment. server were nice and helpful. eating was so good. the poutine was definitiw my favorite of the two. I thought the pizza would be good, not excellent, but I was so grateful for a pie with vegan cheese and mock meat that I didn't have to replace. come back to any event!"

"We were never seated. We looked on open table and saw open reservations every minutes for an hour before and an hour after the time we selected. We arrived about minutes prior to our reservation and found a line waiting to be seated. We could hear the parties ahead of us each being told that the restaurant was at capacity, but they were free to wait for an available table. One of the walkin parties was seated without a reservation by the time the host got to us. We were then told that they were at capacity, but we were welcome to wait for a table to open up. We mentioned the reservation and they just repeated the same thing about being at capacity even though they had just seated a walkin party. I understand capacity restrictions are beyond their control, but what’s the point of making the reservation if this is how they handle seating? We will give Two Nineteen another chance because we’ve been wanting to check it out based on reviews and impressions we get walking by the place, but it will only be if we happen to be walking by and see that it’s not busy. We won’t try planning around them again"
