"Red Samurai is a local Japanese hibachi restaurant in Madison, MS, and it's definitely one of my top two favorites in the area. The portions are decent—not the largest I've encountered, but certainly satisfying. The flavors are fairly good, and the overall atmosphere is pleasant, with attractive decorations and two lovely fish tanks. The menu offers a nice variety, going beyond just hibachi. The service is good, though it could be a bit quicker at times. The prices are reasonable as well. I will likely return in the near future, although they could improve on the consistency of serving times and flavor."
