"There were six of us in total, and after placing our orders, we ended up waiting nearly 45 minutes for our food. This was surprising given that only a few tables were occupied, so it was clear the restaurant wasn’t busy. It even appeared that the cooks were sitting at another table, just hanging out and chatting. This was very unprofessional!
When we finally received our food, my boyfriend and I shared a hamburger that tasted like it had been sitting around for days, while the French fries were cold and incredibly chewy. When we mentioned this to our server, she could only offer us fresh fries, and then she rudely remarked, “I don’t know about the hamburger; I literally just watched them put it on the grill,” rolling her eyes as she walked away.
To top it off, when we got our checks, she didn’t offer any discounts on our meals! This was the worst service I’ve ever encountered. I will not return to this restaurant, and I hope that our server faces consequences for her attitude and incompetence. This level of service is simply unacceptable!
