"The food was delicious and the server was attentive, but despite having made reservations in advance, we were kept waiting for a table while others without reservations were seated before us. The hostess was impolite and we were finally seated at a table in the back, even though there were open tables in the main dining area. A large group with unruly children made our dining experience unpleasant, and the manager was unhelpful and offered a poor excuse for our seating arrangement. We were not offered assistance to move to a different table. This lack of customer service and understanding from the manager was disappointing. Despite the tasty food, we cannot recommend this restaurant due to the poor treatment we received. It's a shame they do not prioritize good service."
