"I was a little disappointed in this location. I have been to Qudoba's that was In the Houston airport. At the Houston location, I thought I had died and gone to some kind of authentic Chipotle heaven. The queso blanco was smothering my chicken burrito. The burrito was so delicious i long since gave up eating it with a fork and knife and dove right in cave man style and ate the remaining portion with my fingers. I was stuffed midway through the burrito and honestly did not care about people looking at me as if i was eating like a homeless person who hadnt had a meal in days. The flavor profile was full of cumin, jalapeno, and garlic. I even loved the cilatro notes sprinkled throughout the rice. However, at the location here in dayton (the guest at Sinclair community college), the flavors were a little bland. The service style is much like that of Chipotle, and both chains offer similar menu items. Qudoba just far out taste Chipotle with their more authentic flavorings. I longed to hop back on the plane and take a flight to Houston and eat there one more time."

"On my second visit, I walked in to find the staff again just relaxing in the dining room. When I tried to order the kids' quesadilla, the employee informed me that they were out of cheese. I couldn't believe it! It's simply outrageous for a Qdoba to run out of such a basic ingredient. It’s clear that the staff doesn’t seem very invested in their work, and I can honestly see this location shutting down. The nearest Qdoba is 60 miles away, so I sincerely hope this place stays open. Overall, I really enjoy the food—it’s much better than that of its competitors—but the lack of care from the staff is concerning, especially when it leads to running out of essential items."

"I visited this restaurant for the first time today after hitting the gym across the street with a coworker. I read some reviews about sanitation issues and rude staff afterward, but we didn't encounter any of those problems during our visit. The tacos were the best I've had from similar places, including Mo's and Chipotle. For the first time, I didn't mind spending around $10 or even $20 (including my friend's order) for just a few tacos, and I almost went back for more. I ordered the three specialty tacos listed on the far left of the menu. I will definitely be returning and will keep an eye out for any mentioned sanitation issues—not that I believe they exist, but I’ll be more vigilant just in case."

"Ordered online with a 45 minute to 1 hour wait. Arrived at store and as always food was over an hour late. After asking after our order and to speak to manager several times for the next hour having several other customers come on order and leave they finally made our order. Apparently the Manger was to busy sitting in the office and when she finally came to the front only wanted to scold and berate the staff only to be followed by wanted to try to scold and argue with my wife. As this type of service is typical and has happened repeatedly including a number of times that order was placed and paid for but upon arrival and waiting over an hour was only excuses that the system was accepting orders that the weren 't making. Perhaps this location is long overdue for a complete change in management from the demeaning manager lady refused to give name to the regional management or franchise owner and the Qdoba leadership team that selected this franchisee to entrust the employees, customers, Qdoba brand and reputation. My next contact will be with shareholder services with Apollo Global Management for from this experience i can now see why y/y is DOWN -62.7% on revenue and DOWN -443.54% on net profit. Perhaps my continuing to choose Qdoba as part of my portfolio is as ill advised as placing an order and expecting ANY level of customer service."

"Staff was friendly and like most with respect to other restaurants in the similar category they are the best in my opinion. The restaurant was clean and organized. Only thing that kept me from 5 star is that I felt it was slightly under seasoned. A little bit more salt and spice would have made it perfect. however, that would not stop me from returning to Qdoba or this location. Only other issue is the plaza is a little annoying to get into and get out of. A lot of one ways. Just keep that in mind."

"Pretty unprofessional experience. I ordered two bowls and some chips and queso to go. They were out of veggies but the cook was making some no problem, I had no issues waiting. The employee moved to my second bowl order and as she was trying to place the bowl in the to go bag, the lid slid off. It caused a bit of a mess, so she got a new bag and her coworker had to come help put the lid on for her. The male coworker first asked me if I 'd like the bowl redone completely. I didn 't see the need for it, since it appeared only some lettuce fell out. He then explained that they ordered the wrong lids and they don 't work as well. I assured them it was all okay and his response was, Well no, its pretty annoying for us because we have to sift through to find the ones that work. I didn 't respond because this was spoken in a fairly rude tone. The other gal looked like she was about to lose it, never smiling or giving good customer service in general. It almost felt like the two of them were about to fight. It was all very awkward and unprofessional. I left feeling weird and uncomfortable. Lol Just train your crew to be a little more friendly. Great food, great prices, great options, interesting employees. :"
