During my last visit, the woman at the counter recognized my order before I even said a word. However, I still made sure to clarify a few details. I ordered 10 tacos, but unfortunately, all 10 were wrong, which I only realized once I got home an hour later. When I called to report the issue, I found out they were closed, so I left a message. The next day, I didn’t receive a callback, so I called again and was informed that my message was not received because they delete all messages at the start of the day—very counterproductive. After explaining the situation, I was told rather abruptly that I would not be receiving a refund or a replacement order. Frustrated, I asked to speak with a manager, but while I was promised a call back, it has now been a week with no response. I’m starting to hope I can find another place with good shrimp tacos to try."
