"I tried to place an order using the app, but I encountered error messages repeatedly, so I decided to go elsewhere. Later, I received a notification from my bank stating that I had been charged for an order that never went through. I called the restaurant to ask about a refund, and a staff member named Heaven told me, "It's not really our fault since you placed the order." However, my order never actually went through! Heaven also refused to provide any contact information for management to help expedite the refund. She then hung up on me, and now my calls to the restaurant won't go through. I'm left out over $60 for an order that was never placed."
