"The delivery of food to the table varies since it’s ordered at the counter. When my meal arrived, I asked for a side of guacamole, only to be informed there would be an additional charge. I explained that I had chosen to skip the tortillas and requested the guacamole instead. Unfortunately, he declined my request, stating that I wouldn't receive anything in lieu of the tortillas I had opted out of. Two others at my table ordered salads, but there was only one dressing option, which we had to ask for three times.
This was my first experience at this restaurant, and based on this visit, I don't intend to return."
