"Ordered grilled caprese and coffee, the cashier was very nice, selected 20% tip, waited for my food. Few min later, Grilled cheese and coffee came out. I simply brought the grilled cheese back and told that friendly cashier that i got the wrong order. It 's a simple mistake so i didn 't think of it much. Minute after i sat down at my table, another worker (manager? Older) brought the dish back and threw it on the table and scolded it 's the right order and walked away. What just happened? So I just brought the plate back the second time to the cashier, and now that nice cashier had completed changed her attitude, and said you ordered grilled cheese, and i checked with you twice . Amusing. I wish we could play back their surveillance video. So i asked i would like to order a caprese, and her reply was it 's more than what you paid. So i said sure, ill pay the difference. Then the cashier said they are all of a sudden out of caprese (it was 930am) and said do you want refund? No, i actually would like to eat something despite your abhorrent service, because 1) there 's no other eatery around 2) really need a place to kill an hour while my car is getting fixed 3) won 't come back here unless i get into another accident. Pure communication error I understand, i also work in service industry. They probably did hear my order as grilled cheese, so no one is at fault here until they acted so poorly afterwards. My guess is 1) either owner has no idea how their workers treat the customers Or 2) it was the owner who threw the plate back at me hating her life bc it 's hard to imagine a paid worker is trashing someone else 's business like that. Currently eating a sandwich that 's probably spat on and writing this in their comfortable sofa. Time to go pick up my car now. Mamasita you no run your biz like this por favor"
