"This place used to be alright. But over the years the quality of food and the overall service has declined. The service is some of the most monotone service around the Shorewood Hills Area. This store seems understaffed and the workers are visibly upset most of the time. Placing an order is easy but if you ever have issues with your order it’s a little harder to get help and are expected to try and reorder instead. It is also very obvious that the manager Brian chooses to treat some customers better than others, and instead takes his frustrations out on customers. Not professional or friendly."

"I DoorDash for a living currently because I fell on some hard times and I went in to pick up an order for a second time that day and had never tried the chicken from there. Now, I don’t even have Raising Canes or Popeyes where I live but I love chicken and have tried them before, I had believed Popeyes to be the best but once I bit into their lemon pepper tenders I realized I was wrong and had been missing out on the best chicken I have ever tasted. The flavoring was there, it was just crunchy enough to give you that crunch as you bit in but then melt in your mouth as you chewed the tender and savory chicken. 10/10 would and will eat there again. I’m making it a point to bring my family in!"

"Most of the staff here are really upbeat and friendly. The food is delicious, and although it can be a bit pricey, they offer Tender Tuesdays, which gives almost a 50% discount on an order of 8 wings, so definitely take advantage of that. They have a variety of tasty flavors, but I personally wouldn't recommend their buffalo sauce; I'd suggest trying some of their other unique flavors instead. Just a quick tip: avoid placing your order in the last hour before closing, as they sometimes rush and forget to include the sauce—I’ve experienced that a couple of times. On the plus side, ordering through their website is very convenient."

"Ordered wings to eat on my way home after Yankees/Brewers game. Ordered half lemon pepper/half BBQ. The BBQ wings were delicious, had depth of flavor and were crispy even while tossed in the sauce. the lemon pepper was good on the outside butlacked flavorful on the inside. The blue cheese dressing was prepackaged and so it tasted like Kraft blue cheese dressing. Igive it a 4 because the texture of the wings was perfect and the BBQ was on point."

"I've been a regular at this restaurant since I moved to New Bedford, and it has become a classic favorite for me. The service is always excellent, and the staff who take orders over the phone are always friendly. They have never gotten my order wrong, and they always prepare it as quickly as possible. Their wings are fantastic, and my favorite flavors are Wabenbq and Honey Scab. Additionally, they offer a dry rub for the fries, which I didn’t know before, but my favorite seasoning is garlic parmesan. The only thing I wish they could improve is that the waffle fries tend to be a bit soggy and never crispy. However, this isn't a major issue for me, and I still think this place is amazing overall. It's a great spot for wings!"
