"I walked in to pickup my order and it was busy. I walked in behind a man named Jim. I was second in line. Someone walked in front of me to pay for a bottle of Pepsi. I told the older lady at the counter I was next. She looks at me very rudely and then tells me I cut in front of a lady who I watched walk out of the dining room. It was awful the way she and the dine in customer ganged up on me. I worked for the 32nd street location for years, and been a customer since they opened the first restaurant in Millcreek. This lady needs to learn manors. It just happened that the lady was someone she knew. So that is why she was on her side. It's just very upsetting that people get treated this way."
