"What a hidden gem! Today we stopped and ordered a P1 Special Pho (eye of round, brisket, tendon, meatballs and trips, P2 Seafood Pho (shrimp, fishballs, squid) and a coconut boba. First of all, the young man who worked the dining room was very polite and friendly. It is a family restaurant and he described his mother's passion for what she has been doing for over a decade. And let me just tell you, she knows what she trusts me that you can say when someone pours her heart and soul into food preparation. This family did it. Both bowls of Pho were hot and were so full of taste, each piece of meat and seafood was perfectly cooked and the rice noodles were solid. To just say it was one if not the best bowls of Pho I've ever had. I could eat it literally every day. (I wish I had something from this broth when I write this review, lol). The usual accompaniment of basil, cut jalapeno, bean sprouts and lime was clean and fresh. Sriracha, chili oil, hoisin and fish sauce were available on the table as well as chili sticks and spoons. The Boba was made in the form of a smoothie and it just worked! Extremely reasonable prices. If I could leave 8 stars, I would."

"pho is rarely vegan, unless the restaurant goes away to make veg pho. there are so many Pho sites in the dc Metro area that there is only a small percentage that Veg-pho has. many will have a pho with sweet, but if they don't say that the broth is veg, it's not a veg pho! Now, take the heart here in rockville for a high quality veg pho! the broth is all vegan. the pho is all vegan. they all have vegan summer and spring rolls. there is also a Buddha-shell with vermicelli, which is all vegan. so good! it's not soy-free, but that's all rogue. if they make care of gluten, they probably use soy sauce, so be careful. the pho is kind of legit. the view of the place deceived. it looks like a bare bone cafeteria style esserei, but really, it’s more of the rational let’s fit into a lot of people because it’s cheap and good eating approach. if they do not want to sit in the restaurant and eat, order it to go. they know how to pack it smartly so that nothing will be spilled or sunk! the food is full and satisfying nothing sniffed; they will be full after having eaten a order of pho or the vermicelli buddha dish. good witness. I like this place. I wish they had more veggies, because it's really pretty karb-heavy, but it's okay, once in a 'cause!"

"I usually love this place for the pho, but my recent experience was disappointing. My son and I ordered spring rolls, shrimp, and a few other dishes. The spring rolls were burnt, and we had to peel off the outer layer. The shrimp tasted like propane, which was unpleasant. The rice was decent but bland. When I called to share my concerns, the woman who answered mentioned that they sometimes burn the food when they’re busy. Overall, it felt like a wasted $40."

"This restaurant might just be my favorite Vietnamese spot in the area! It has a clean atmosphere, yet the food remains authentic and delicious. The prices are reasonable for generous portions packed with protein and great flavor. The bo tai chanh, a rare beef tartare dish, was fantastic. The beef phở was served fresh and loaded with meat. The nem spring rolls were also large and satisfying. I would definitely return whenever I'm in the mood for Vietnamese food, and I’m excited to try more dishes. Update: I sampled a few other options and found the bun bo hue to be quite impressive—definitely the best I've had in the area. The com tam plate was also plentiful with enormous portions."

"the food very good, i liked the texture of Pho here. I love how they use very similar ingredients to make such a wonderful dish. It reminds me of the taste of Vietnamese Pho. The beef has just arrived, the noodles are soft and supple, and the broth is seasoned meticulously and carefully, creating an extremely wonderful dish. Will come here many more times!!"
