"if friend desires food, I swear he needs the time to explore all new places to try. in this month we have met many rams and this weekend we decided to try mooji ramen. we came shortly after the opening and we were the only patrons in the restaurant. because of the kovid, they currently only place 4 tables max, but we had in the round the place for us all the time. when he first went through the menus, he was delighted by their offered, which merged Japanese and Taiwanese dishes. how, they could make their rugs a combo by making $5 for their choice of popcorn huhn, gyoza, sweet potato fries and another option sweet black tee. the friend has the hakata tonkotsu ramen and I have miso ramen. my misery was overcrowded pork chashu, steamed cauliflower, boiled sprouts, soft boiled egg, scalions and roasted sesame seeds. the noodles were springy and firm, while the broth was rich and creamy. I was not a huge fan of chashu, as the texture felt like boiled pork bauch brushed with tare sauce. but everything else was pretty good. the popcorn chicken was made fresh, fragrant and juicy. we grabbed most of them to go home and it was nice in the air frit. And a bit warning, their burps will smell like popcorn chicken, or at least mine for the rest of the day lol. but not sure if I would return for the diving experience. I would probably make delivery or pick up as they seem to get a lot of take orders. the kitchen was fired and constantly torn out, which probably warmed up the place. not to mention, we eat hot rams. they did not turn the air or the fans until we were finished, but overall it was decent meal for two for about $40."
