"I used to come to this place often and I do enjoy the food. But tonight was ridiculous. I stepped in to grab a quick bite. Mid way through my meal I noticed what seemed like a hair attached to one of the tendons. I removed it and showed the waitress. She took it and showed the manager or maybe the owner not sure. The owner comes to me and told me it was the root of the bean sprout and that it wasn't a hair. I DID NOT put any bean sprout in my pho. Just jalapeno, pepper and lime. He kept trying to convince me that it was the tail of the bean sprout which I know for a fact it wasn't. He just told me quietly if I didn't believe him I didn't have to pay and just walked away. I gather my things pull out my wallet to leave a tip for the waitress, it wasn't her fault that this interchange is going on, and this manager comes back and told me and my girlfriend to get out. I just put on my jacket and left. The reason for the 2 stars is because the food is decent but I have never been disrespected like that and probably won't return. The food was not good enough to over look that level of disrespect."
