"The food was outstanding! It was so good that we ate there twice a day and even shopped at the market in between our visits. The crabs were also fantastic, with each dish showcasing its own unique flavor. The cocktails were fresh and perfectly balanced! The appetizers came out hot, crispy, and fresh—simply delicious. We tried a lot of different dishes! The calamari was some of the best I've ever had, and I've served fantastic calamari in Savannah, GA for years. The Lachssushi Stack was refreshing and well-seasoned. The crab fries were tasty, a bit heavy but genuinely satisfying—freshly cut fries at their finest. The bacon-wrapped scallops were cooked to perfection, and the accompanying sauce and Brussels sprouts were to die for! The cream of crab soup was fantastic as well—I could definitely taste the sherry! The steamer pots blew us away with their size; these were some serious shells. I also enjoyed the vegetables served with the dishes. I could go on and on! Do yourself a favor and eat here!"

"I bought 2 lbs jumbo shrimp recently and they were the best my family has had. They will steam them while you wait and they even packaged them in my cooler since I was traveling to Easton. Stopped in yesterday while doing my Christmas shopping to order a shrimp salad sandwich. It was awesome and served in a timely manner, even with the lunch rush. We won't go anywhere else for our seafood. I couldn't rate it for atmosphere since it's a deli type business with no seating. No biggie."

"The fish selection is extensive, with different types of fish, clams, oysters, and shrimp available. They also sell all the essentials like crab picking knives, oyster shucking knives, plastic knives, mallets, hot sauces, and seasonings—pretty much everything you could need. I ordered small male crabs and Raspberry Point oysters. The crabs were seasoned perfectly, packed with sweet meat and plenty of mustard. The oysters were outstanding—very salty, but in a delightful way. They even provided a roll of paper for the table and threw in an extra oyster, which was a nice touch. I can't wait to come back and see what else I can try!"

"It was so bad I was super disappointed. I 'll say the bbq sauce on my sandwich wasn 't terrible, and the corn muffins were tasty.Unfortunately:The service was rude and didn 't know much about their menu. There was an older female employee being obnoxious the whole time. I think she was complaining? Not sure, but she wasn 't doing anything else, and it was super off-putting. Anyway, It took over 30 minutes for a pulled pork sandwich and fried cod to go. There was not one other person waiting for food when we arrived. When 30 minutes had passed, I asked for a time estimate, and they blamed the fish, saying cod takes that long to cook. Anyone who has ever made fish knows that just isn 't true. The pulled pork had so many hard chunks and was cold. The side of baked beans was completely raw, The mac n cheese tasted so bad and was cold. Greens tasted how I imagine wet socks would taste, also cold. Even their sweet tea was nasty.All of their Christmas decor was in the restaurant 's loft area looking down on us... I 'm not sure if that 's where they display or store it, but either way, it was weird.Everything about it was screaming Kitchen Nightmares . Definitely won 't be back, and I would never recommend it."

After many years of purchasing his seafood it is the #1 place in Delaware without a doubt. I’ve bought every from shrimp to king crab and my favorite, JUMBO LOBSTER TAILS. As far as pricing goes Alex ‘s seafood is cheaper than any other in Delaware!Most recently Jason pulled eight (8) MONSTER LOBSTER TAILS for me ranging in weight from 1.7 to 2.7 lbs. These tails were so tender you could cut with a fork. Incredible quality and tasted like they just came off the boat. Jason is also quick to share cooking techniques to make sure you have a successful party.My guests were blown away when these tails came out of the oven which they will talk about that dinner for years to come."

"Chesapeake Seafood seems to be a local favorite they offer a limited menu of baskets, platters, samplers, sandwiches, and appetizers, as well as other fresh seafood where you can place orders in advance for a pick up. We came here for an early lunch, and we ordered: +Crab Balls +Hot Crab Dip with Box Crackers +Shrimp Fries +Jumbo Lump Crabcakes +Seafood Sampler came with coconut shrimp, fried shrimp, calamari, clams, and crab balls The hot crab dip was my absolute favorite it was thick, creamy, cheesy, and chock full of lump crab meat. The box of crackers that came with paired perfectly, and this was such a great appetizer or a snack! The rest of the items were freshly made and crispy the batter wasn't overbearing, and it was just enough to taste the fresh seafood. Staff were super welcoming and friendly. There are a couple of tables inside, but most patrons seem to do carry outs. +Hot Crab Dip! +friendly staff! +parking in private lot"
