"I couldn't pick up my order because the store is way too small. I ended up leaving my order there. There was no chance I was going to wait outside for over 15 minutes just to get in, followed by an additional 10 minutes inside. I’ve decided I won't order from there again. I won’t even pick up a DoorDash order from that place; that's how frustrated I am. There were around 20-25 people loitering outside, and it felt uncomfortable to be near the store without being approached."

"12/4/23.OIP menu I ordered a cheesesteak wrap ?. I got onion rings and breaded mushrooms and mozzarella Styx also got an order of spaghetti and meatballs. Everything was okay except the cheese steak ? wrap. It was a total disappointment. To my discover my chsteak wrap, turned out to be a hamburger chopped up. It was very dense n dry to eat. My initial thought was oh try it maybe it's not bad. Well it was super dry. I called to tell them with my complaint. The number on my receipt was for a different pizza shop. In the 267 area code so I looked up the local number in Berwick pa. So I called the young lady I talked to was very nice n tried to be helpful. I appreciated her kindness. However when she said she would speak with the owner. He stated well that's the way he been doing it for 20 years . So if you got your heart set out on a chsteak wrap, that's not what you get here. It was very disappointing the owner didn't even try n make it right. Needless to say even though I was upset about it I explained to the young lady they need to say chopped steak not chsteak. Then ppl would know what they are ordering. Other wise their products aren't to bad. Some are very GOOD. JUST UPSET FEELING MISLEAD OVER A CHEESE BURGER CUT UP IN A WRAP. IT WAS $9.00. FOR A DRY DENSE BURGER,CHOPPED UP INTO A WRAP.. EVEN THOUGH I HAVE A LEGITIMATE CONCERN, please CONTINUE TO SUPPORT them. Even though I'm very disappointed of the feedback from the owner thru the young lady on the phone. We have been getting from them for well over a year. I wish he would of at least reimbursed me the wrap ?. I spent $53.23 cent in total. NOT LIKE I WAS ASKING FOR THE WHOLE MEAL TO BE COMPT. MERRY CHRISTMAS OIP in BERWICK PA. "I enjoyed a 16-inch Meat Lovers pizza today, and I must say, my experience was delightful from start to finish. Upon entering, I was greeted by a very polite staff who kindly answered my questions about the menu. After browsing, I settled on the pizza. The cook even came over to check which order was mine, ensuring my pizza wouldn’t get overlooked among the numerous incoming orders. I appreciated this attentiveness! I enjoyed some pizza there and was given a box to take the leftovers home. My mom also loved it when I shared the rest with her. Because I have a bad wrist, another team member offered to help me close the pizza box so nothing would spill out. Overall, everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly, making for a wonderful experience. Thank you for making my day special—I truly felt cared for and appreciated!"

"Great little restaurant within walking distance of the most popular art restaurants in Philly. Menu is about 10 pages long with almost anything you can imagine, including a quirky hand-written specials menu that reminds you of something your grandma would prepare. Food is good and the portions are generous. Some of the entrees come with a complimentary dessert. Bread baskets start the meal. A pretty good selection of vegetarian options and the very professional and kind staff are willing to make menu items vegan if you need that. (They seem to understand what vegan means, which is often not the case Only critique is that we were looking forward to their hummus being outstanding, and it was mostly flavorless."

"My partner and I decided to have a movie night in and get takeout. We recently moved into the area and wanted to try something new! Excitedly, we called up this place, as it 's flyer was in our welcome package. When we ordered, the woman on the phone misheard my order. My partner and I got the order home to find that it was incorrect. We called back and the woman on the phone argued with me about what I said when I ordered. After a while of going back and forth and getting nowhere, I asked for her manager and she spews back I AM the manager. You can say what you need to say to me! I reiterated that I got the wrong order and she put a man on the phone. I told him what happened and he told us to come back to exchange the order, meanwhile reprimanding me You need to speak more clearly when ordering! We got to the shop and we told the lady at the window we were there to exchange an order. We had to wait an additional 10 mins for our food to come out. When we were leaving the establishment, the manager chased us down to my car, shouting You need to speak more clearly! It was a misunderstanding. You really need to speak more clearly! I had spoken very clearly over the phone, jsyk. The inside of the establishment wasn 't appealing to the eye and the chicken was dry. Homeless men catcalled me as I was walking with my partner to the car. We will NEVER be eating here again. If I could have given this no stars, I would have. 0/5 Stars"
