"I tried to explain that they were scrambling, but he brushed me off. When I pointed out that we had paid a substantial amount to play there and were keeping a standard pace, all he said was that everyone else had paid too. I reminded him that he had previously mentioned the group behind us were regulars, and that this shouldn’t elevate their status over ours. His reply was dismissive, suggesting that we weren’t special either. This ranger’s behavior was completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and ignorant. Because of this experience, we won’t be returning, and I hope no other players have to face harassment from him in the future. Overall service: 1 star."
