"When I called to sort this out, I was polite, but the response I received was very disrespectful. I plan to involve my bank in this matter. If the restaurant is willing to resolve this issue, I will be happy to remove this review; all I want is my money back, especially since I have already provided proof of the overcharge. Despite this, they continue to keep contacting me disrespectfully.
I gave a tip of $9.04 in addition to another $40.56, and I wish they would stop calling and bothering me about it. I’ve made it clear that the issue was not due to two separate orders, and I told them they could keep the money. I just want some peace and to be left alone. I truly wish them all the best and hope for their success moving forward. Thank you."
