"It's 11:30 a.m. on a Saturday and this Bojangles will not answer their phone. I had a large order I wanted to schedule for next week but now I'll have to go somewhere else. The lobby appears to be closed and the doors are locked although there is a line around the building in the Drive-Thru. I've literally watched no less than seven people walk up to the door only to find that it's locked. Would it be too much trouble to put a sign on the door or maybe update your information on Google so that people don't waste their time? Makes no sense why no one would answer the phone after calling four times. It's obvious that someone is in the building working. It also makes no sense why their lobby would be closed on a Saturday, their busiest day. You've guys have got to do better than this! Hardee's is no longer your next door competition so here's your chance to stand out and make a name for yourself in the breakfast biscuit market which is pretty strong in the south."

"My partner and I visited this restaurant for breakfast last week, and unfortunately, we both ended up with food poisoning. The only items we had in common were the biscuits and the sweet potato pies. We're not sure which one was to blame, but we suspect it might have been the biscuits. Because of this experience, we will be avoiding this place in the future. We ordered takeout, and the meal cost between $10 and $20 per person. I would give the food a rating of 1, while the service and atmosphere both deserve a 4. There was plenty of parking available in the free lot."

"After placing my order and paying with a young lady, who was very rude and nasty from the moment I walked in, I was told what I just paid for was not available. Obviously I requested a refund which resulted in the young lady then proceeding to trash talk about me in front of me to her coworkers none of whom were professional. It truly seems like the managers specifically the one I interacted with are just overwhelmed and not willing to help their team be professional. It's fast food if you don't like people you shouldn't work there. It's clear that the young lady who was at the front register has very little home training or training from her managers on how to interact with customers. This experience left such a bad taste in my mouth that I won't frequent any other Bojangles' location most certainly not this one ever again!"

"I stopped by for a biscuit this morning; even though the hours were posted stating that the dining room was open, the doors were locked. When I went through the drive through, I told them what had happened to me and several other customers. I suggested they put a sign on the door to prevent customers from yanking on them, and I was told they can yank for all I care. I politely asked why Bojangles felt the need to be so unfriendly to customers; however, the drive through window was slammed shut before I could finish my sentence. I will spend my money elsewhere in the future, and I suggest others do the same. As demonstrated by their attitudes, some of the staff at this location do not need the store to remain open to provide them with an income."

"This place is awesome. They are under new management and all of the staff is friendly, the place is clean and you get double the food you expect in a plate. The fried chicken is the best in town. The fish is better than the fish places, shrimp are awesome. We eat here once a week. The food is delicious!! A gem in Chester!"

"They were actually open when I drove by 4/18 around 11am. They weren’t busy with only one car in front of me and two employees standing in a doorway on the side of building. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese combo. Easy pleasy. Got to work and it was an old steak biscuit. Even said bacon egg and cheese combo on ticket. To the owners; if these employees tell you they need more money, don’t fall for it. First, replace them with competent staff, then pay them accordingly. There’s plenty of people coming over our border who will gladly work for you. But you have to hire functioning people to begin with."

"I have visited this Bojangles around 6-8 times in the last year and a half, so my review is based on my cumulative experience. I find the food inconsistent. There are times where everything is fresh and delicious. Other times the biscuit has been dry and the chicken really tough. Sometimes the fries are seasoned, but other times they are not, and I?m not sure why it changes. The service has always been on the poor side. I tried asking questions about how to order certain items in a combo or if they needed to be separate, but they couldn?t help. Those taking the order are normally short with you. The last cashier simply said, ?Drink,? rather than asking what I would like to drink, and she sounded extremely irritated. I considered three stars based on my overall experiences over the last 18 months, but the quality of the food has declined in the past several months. Unfortunately, I don?t think I?ll be going much, if at all, any longer since it seems to be getting worse continually."

"I wanted to share a fantastic review for this location. The staff is consistently friendly, and the food is always fresh. The guy who prepared my order tonight was especially warm and humorous! He took the time to make some lighthearted jokes and wished me a good afternoon. In most fast food places, you usually just get your food and receipt thrown at you without any eye contact! "Southern delight! I dropped in this evening for a Cajun filet biscuit and some seasoned fries. The fried chicken was absolutely fantastic, but those Cajun filet biscuits? They were truly exceptional! The restaurant was spotless, and the staff was incredibly friendly and polite. They even asked me if I could wait five minutes for "fresh hot chicken." Who could refuse that? It was an amazing experience with excellent value, welcoming service, and piping hot chicken. I highly recommend it!"

"My order was supposed to be ready at 7:27 . I got to the drive thru window at 7:26 and let them know I had a mobile order and they told me to park in the curbside parking. 7:48 I ended up going inside the store to see if my order was ready and they never started working on it. I am highly displeased and that is completely unacceptable. I waited over an hour from the time I placed my order to the time I actually got my food . I finally received my food At 8:10. I requested online for someone to contact me and for me to get a refund and I have heard NOTHING ! I am livid !"

"The restaurant needs to hire staff who are willing to do their job. We arrived at 8:30 p.m. and they had already closed off the seating area (an hour and a half before closing time) while we waited for someone to take our order. When the server finally approached us, she did not seem pleased. When we got home, we realized that instead of receiving two upper legs and one breast, our three-piece dinner only had two legs and one upper leg. I don't frequent this restaurant often and most likely will not be returning anytime soon."

"The server's sole responsibility was to take orders, yet she still managed to mess mine up. I asked for a sausage biscuit, but she repeated back bacon, egg, and cheese. She was loud and rather rude. After waiting for 10 minutes, I received a cold biscuit. I specifically requested sweet tea with no ice, but my cup was filled with more ice than tea. Overall, I felt that my time and gas were wasted."

"Listen I love this location, I do, but sometimes you guys over fry the tenders so that’s why I put 4 stars rather than 5. Other than that, this location has some of the nicest employees I’ve met from a fast food place. They’re always kind and sometimes (when it’s not too busy) will take the time to make positive small talk with you at the window which is nice considering they don’t have to but they choose to <3 this location also gives you extra sauce sometimes when they’re out of your original sauce option and have to choose something different. Love you guys, ur my favorite Bojangles. Also shout out to Doug at this location, he always says at the mic “welcome to Bojangles, this is Doug, how can I serve you?” (Such a fancy introduction, love it) and never makes you feel rushed to figure out your order, he has taken my order most times I’ve gone to this location. Keep being my fav Bojangles, love you guys. Sincerely- a chicken lover"

"never had a bad experience in years. today the whole staff takes care of my experience. how long I've been waiting for 30 customers before me, even though I was before them. I was never asked the name for my pickup, they just thought they knew what. After asking why I'm set to the back of the line, no matter how many customers come, I said they always come first and I have to wait for all of them to be served until they start my and his corporate policy. because I don't want to eat there and get it togo. it's not fast, I can't just pick it up, I'm less important than going into it. I don't know how long I'm waiting for a TOGO pickup, I'm gonna stop coming there. I am very busy and can't afford to wait 40 minutes for a pickup for my family, and borders and dates that I have to do on time. Why isn't my time worth it?"

"I had an excellent experience at this restaurant! Wendy and Ray were incredibly friendly. When I requested fresh chicken, they happily obliged and even provided fresh side dishes to accompany it. Their hospitality made me feel very welcome, and I can honestly say it was the best service I've received at a Bojangles. The food was great as well—hot, well-seasoned, and, most importantly, fresh. I’m deducting one star, though, because the location itself is a bit outdated and could use some renovations on the interior."

"I ordered two supreme meals, and unfortunately, my chicken strips were cold and dry, and the macaroni didn't taste good at all. I'm really surprised, as I haven't been here in years, and I was excited to finally come back for some great food, only to be let down. I distinctly remember the macaroni being much better than what I had this time. It's disappointing. I opted for three stars instead of one because I recall enjoying the food in the past, so maybe it was just an off day. "Went to Bogangles on to get a Cajun fillet biscuit with borounds and sweet potato pie. I ordered and ask the lady to make sure I was charged to a large boround she looked over and confirmed. I waited then this person with an orange Hijab rudely told meshe didn't and I could accept the small or pay the difference. The lady at the register admitted she messed up. I told her nothat is ridiculous and she should fix the mistake not me. So I told her just refund my order and I would just leave. So shefixed that. I waited for my sweet potato pies and she said we didn't charge me for them and threw a 8.00 receipt at me. Iwalked out looked at my credit card receipt and saw it for 11.08 took at back and she finally gave me my order. They lady thattook my order and the lady giving out drinks I apologize for my frustration but the Lady in the Orange Hijab has no bussiness incustomer service. All she does is blame the customer and never want to fix the mistake."
