"I always have a great experience with the food and staff at Bojangles in Travelers Rest. If there’s an issue with your order, they are more than happy to make it right. Their work is not easy, but they truly put in the effort. It seems that many people are quick to voice negative comments, but even the best restaurants can have off days—things happen. The staff here is incredibly friendly, especially when customers are kind. A smile, a thank you, and a little patience can go a long way, even if things aren't perfect."

"Walked in, barely anyone was in the restaurant and it unfortunately took 5 minutes before anyone noticed we were there. The food is good but the service is not the best. I feel sorry for those who work there and all they have to do with such little staff. But that experience eating there was definitely very disappointing.They got our order wrong by quite a bit. We had gotten a fish sandwich, mashed potatoes, a chicken sandwich and fries. They mixed up the fish sandwich and the mashed potato’s for fries and a chicken sandwich. Was disappointing to not get what we wanted."

"I'm so confused as to why this staff is so lazy. If someone orders something just give them what they ordered rather than trying to talk them out of it cause you're too lazy to make the food. I also think that they purposely give you the wrong sauce as they do it routinely. They never have anything prepared and send you curbside every time. A 5 minute experience turns into 25 quick. It's so pathetic. I wish I could give negative stars. Laughing and playing rather than just giving the food to the customer. Like bruh it's not that hard to not be this trash. Corporate need to come fire them all then the department of labor need to deny their unemployment cause they don't deserve a dime for that trash work ethic."
