"We absolutely love this place, now known as Joy's Place—don’t be misled by the sign outside. Joy herself came by for a personal visit, and it was such a pleasure to spend time with her and connect with the local community. We felt an immediate sense of belonging, as if we had been residents our whole lives. We had a wonderful time, and the food was fantastic, especially considering its remote location in Idaho. We’ll definitely stop by again. The salad bar was a highlight for us—not overly unique, but comforting and enjoyable. The liver with bacon and onions was a fun dish. It made me feel like I could walk out after dinner and sit down to clean my shotgun. If you’re passing through, make sure to give this place a try and say hello to those around you; it’s the friendly thing to do. Don’t change, Idaho!"
