"I used to go here once or three times a week when I was going to college at ODU since it was in walking distance of my dorm. Food was addictive and the staff was always friendly and welcoming. Miss it every day since I graduated in 2015. If you ever go there, get a cheeseburger with a egg on top with a half and half order of onion rings and tots. It all goes good with their special sauce. Hope to one day go back and grab some good food one more time."

"You all know I do t give 5 stars! But they are consistent! Ahhhh! The delicious ENCHILADAS POBLANAS At first bite, you immediately taste the creaminess followed by the poblano and a touch of heat. And then you bite into the chicken. A delicate taste and satisfying to the Palet. You can savor every bite. The Frijoles perfect every time. All the combined flavors are there! You can taste them individually and all together as you bite down on a mouthful of Frijolitos that will take you back to your childhood like never before! "After ordering an expensive meal, I received my delivery only to find that there were no utensils and several other items were missing. I called to speak with the manager to inform them of the issue, hoping they would address it with their staff. However, the manager explained that they couldn't take action because the staff member was only 16 years old and that their parents wouldn’t want them to be reprimanded for what happened. We spent a significant amount of money on just a few meals, and as a result, we could only eat half of them. Initially, I didn’t even want a refund; I simply wanted to ensure that the team would pay better attention to prevent this from happening to someone else. But after hearing the manager’s response, I decided to request a refund. Unfortunately, I was informed that no refund could be processed through Uber Eats. I strongly recommend that fellow fans of this restaurant visit the Brentwood location instead, as the customer service there is far superior. Poor leadership leads to disappointing experiences."

"Review from a lifelong customer: I've been coming here since I was a young boy with my mom. The owner is an incredibly kind-hearted woman who remembers faces; she has recognized me throughout various stages of my life. Her donut recipe is fantastic, and she offers a great selection. Both the donuts and kolaches are delicious and they tend to disappear quickly! The atmosphere is wonderful, and the store is always vibrant and bustling with customers. During my recent visit, I even ran into someone else who has been coming here since childhood. It's clear that the owner has fostered strong relationships and created a loyal customer base. I can't speak highly enough of her and her business. I look forward to bringing my own children here one day."

"50/50 on this one. The ladies were the best part…. Very nice! The mini tacos, Taco Norteño, and Bicycle Tacos were excellent. The main reason for the three (which I rarely give) were the other plates that get a one star: Fajita Chicken Plate and Combo Fajita plate. The chicken was super dry. I would have complained and asked for something else but I read other reviews that complained about the same thing so maybe that’s just how they make it. And we didn’t have time to wait for a redo. A little more expensive that I thought it should be. My mini tacos cost $10.99 but the average price is $8-9."

"I came here for lunch with a group of 12 others. I had never been here but have seen their wonderful looking sweet treats. The service was quick for lunchtime on a Friday. They actually have a sign posted that they are a cash less restaurant. Wow, I've never seen that but if you think about it faster service with a swipe and at the end of the day, employees don't have to count their drawer. *thinks* the world we live in... Their desserts are so nicely displayed that it was hard to say no to a $1.75 s'mores bar. I also ordered their vegetarian quiche. The quiche comes with a very nice side salad. There's feta cheese and a dressing I couldn't exactly pinpoint but it was really tasty. The quiche was $11 which I thought was a little pricey, but it's not mediocre at all. The quiche is served as a square, rather than a pie slice, and I loved it served this way!!! The veggies and fluffy custard of the quiche was delicious while the best part of any quiche or pie was perfect (I'm talking about the crust, duh! . The s'mores bar was also perfect. The marshmallow on top was still its chewy sticky self. The chocolate was rich layered on top of a Graham crust. It was worth it, even the day after Halloween! All 13 of us didn't sit together, but we were all able to easily find a table inside and outside. This place is an order at the counter and they'll bring you the food type of place. It's a great spot for lunch and I'd be happy to go again. P.s. they have French macarons."

"I've heard about Mario Bros and it's been on the list to go for a few months now. I finally made the trip down to this location. I went around noon so the place was about half full. I've heard good things about their tacos, but having noted that the price of items was fairly cheap I decided to grab a quesadilla as well. I eyed their Agua Frescas and noticed they had a few different kinds (Hibiscus, Horchata, Mango, Lemon, etc). I ended up asking for their recommendation and they conveyed that their horchata was the one people usually grabbed so that's what I got.I ended up grabbing 2 Pollo Tacos, Trompo Taco, Chicken Quesadilla, and a Horchata. The photo I attached doesn't do the food enough justice. The chicken tacos were so juicy. From what I could tell, they cooked the meet with cilantro and grilled onions and put that on the corn tortillas. These were then topped off again with cilantro and raw onions. This was my first time having Trompo tacos, and they left a good impression. I ended up using the salsa verde for all of the tacos, but it wasn't as spicy as I expected so I added the Chile sauce, which made it better. The quesadilla was packed with meat, cheese, onions, and cilantro. This is probably one of THE BEST quesadillas I've ever had in my life. For the price point, even more worth it. It's cheaper than most Mexican restaurants I've been to in town. The horchata was pretty sizeable and quite sweet so I was only able to finish about half of it. I recommend getting it if you and another person would like to share or you like sweet drinks.Definitely recommend checking this place out, and when I go back I'll probably get something similar and also try the tortas there!"

"Food was great! The carnitas were a bit too greasy for my husband so it gave him an upset stomach. The salsas were delicious but you have to ask for them.I loved that as soon as you go inside, there is mariachi ready to welcome you to their awesome music. I loved how colorful and decorated their restaurant was (including their pink restroom).The main reason I'm giving this place 4 stars is because it's not the most baby friendly ? Or at least if you have a baby stroller you will have a hard time getting to a table. Also, the restrooms are very cold so the chances your baby will cry as you try to change their diaper are very high lol Finally, their paper towel dispenser inside the restroom does not work all the time."
