"I love hole in the wall places, the little bars that are gems for their own reasons. The lake is beautiful and the food was very good. The cook is extremely talented, the type of food you know he has hella training under his belt. I ordered the prime ribsandwich, not asking what was on it I was shocked nothing but the meat. I kind of regretted not asking for cheese and onions, and then the prime rib blew me away. Probably the best prime rib I've ever had. I'd say for the price bigger portions wouldhelp, not much under $13.00, but good food in an old bar atmosphere. Stop for the food, the view, and the dog in the bar, it isa quaint lil place we even threw a line off the dock at before leaving. Gluten free options were slim, but dang if the cookdidn't do his best and whip up an awesome broiled walleye dinner on the fly, now that's service."
