"Huge inside, somewhat loud ambiance due to sports on TV and ongoing (also loud backing track of Chinese music).The tables and restaurant were very clean inside.The food was delicious and super fresh. The images attached were their Hot and Sour Soup and Sichuan Chicken (Lunch portion). I was full enough but not overstuffed."

"Panda House is our go-to choice for takeout. We’ve been ordering from them twice a month for six years and they have never let us down. The service is excellent and the delivery is always quick. I genuinely hope they’re still around when I pass away in 50 years because I plan to have Panda House served at my wake. Nothing brightens up a gathering of loved ones who have had a tough day quite like Panda House's crab Rangoon and spring rolls. Love you guys!!!!"

"Just because I cannot leave 0 stars. First off my sister called in a to go order 20-25 minutes prior to me arriving and I still waited for 25 minutes for the pot stickers that did not make it on my order. I paid and still left a tip. Now I live 20 minutes outside of town so I drove home and handed the food over to my hungry 3 year old and pregnant sister. After about 1 minute I hear my sister say she found a hair in her food, the chicken was over cooked and our pot stickers were burnt. I called the man to get my money back for the dinner we would not be eating and I was questioned on how long and what type of hair. He went back and forth for a minute and we decided to come 20 minutes back to town to show him the hair and get our money back. Let me add that this hair was fried to a crisp in the sauce that it had been cooked in... After the man was out right rude to my sister I stepped in and said it was not okay no matter it was an Asian hair (his words not mine) or and freaking animal hair that is just unacceptable. He refunded 70% of our meal after only offering 50%. Worst service/food I 've ever had and I 've lived in Grants Pass my whole life."
