"So I almost didn’t write a review but had I read something similar I would have changed my reservation. First this is a 100% Hibachi style restaurant, there are no tables or booths to sit and dine on sushi or a meal like a sesame chicken. You are sat at a hibachi table and succumbed to suffer the whole “show” of flipping forks and knives. Tommy was great and entertaining but if you just want to have a quiet meal, enjoy some saki and have private conversation this isn’t the place. Food was ok, as in almost all hibachi meals… over loaded with salt. When I asked the chef at the sushi bar if they had toro (fatty tuna) he replied “no we almost never get toro”. Red flag number one … ANY good sushi place will or should have toro on the menu. It’s loud so don’t expect romantic ambiance at a hibachi restaurant. I ordered a mango mojito and it was 50% mint leaves, 25% ice and 25% liquid. Should have gone with a beer. Won’t be back unless it’s my daughter’s 10th birthday and I need my eyebrows singed and I want to meet strangers at a hibachi table. The reason for 3 stars? You get plenty of rice and leftovers if you choose the hibachi and the Chateaubriand was cooked perfectly. Great place if you want to do a saki bomb with 7 drunk friends."

"We arrived on a slow Sunday night and chose to be served at a table, not at the hibachi. We did order two hibachi meals and appetizers, along with sushi. Food service was extremely slow and the server who brought the food from the kitchen did not know who got what and brought the wrong dishes twice. the seaweed salad did not taste right, but had a fishy flavor. The hibachi was served first. The chicken was burnt, chewy and dry. The vegetables were cold. The Korean BBQ lettuce wrap did not come for another 15 minutes. The sushi came after we had finished eating everything else. It came so late in the meal that we did not want it. The reason we went there in the first place was for sushi. It was a Sunday night and the place was not crowded. So, I won't go back and I wouldn't recommend it to anybody. It's a shame."

"The sushi here is of excellent quality, and the "Paradise Roll" is a standout dish—it's cucumber wrapped around sushi, and it’s truly delightful. They also offer fantastic Japanese scallop sushi that you won't want to miss. This is a lovely family-friendly restaurant that serves both sushi and Thai cuisine, making it a great option for everyone. If sushi isn’t your thing, they also have delicious beef bowls that are worth trying."

"I used to really enjoy this restaurant, but after my visit today, I'm not sure I’ll return. They’ve removed my favorite veggie ramen from the menu, which was disappointing. As a vegetarian, I asked about the spicy miso ramen, but the server only mentioned the vegetables and didn’t provide a full description. When my order arrived, I was upset to find three pieces of pork in the bowl. On the bright side, the others in my group liked their meals, and I had ordered some veggie rolls to hold me over. While some of the lunch and combo specials still offer good value, many of the prices seemed too high for what you get. Overall, I may have to look for other dining options."
