"Love the food and vibe at Mina's but the service is very unpredictable and disjointed. The service team seems large (servers, bus people, and expediters) but they do not seem to be working together. The staff is all very nice but on every occasion we have ended up waiting for something, entrees come out 20 minutes apart, can't get our server when we are ready for the check, etc. On the last visit, we waited over 20 minutes for our drinks, which arrived after our appetizers. Only then did we find out that the bartender was off and another server took over for him. We have also learned not to order apps, salad, and entree at the same time, otherwise all of the food will come out at once. We will continue to visit Mina's but it would be great if the service was on par with the excellent food."
