"Beautiful terrace, Horrendous Service I visited this restaurant on a Sunday and was delivered some of the worst service I have ever experienced. We sat on the terrace and watched the two servers and don't notice us. After the warning to the interior that we were sitting, it took another 20 minutes to bring out menus and take beverage orders. We ordered waters that never arrived until I went to the house and ordered 4 waters from the bar and brought them to the table. We were served 4 plates of food and 2 pieces of silverware. I guess Watson's expecting people to order $14.00 burgers to wipe it on their pants? Again, I had to get cutlery and napkins. We ordered an additional panel of Pommes that was never inserted and left open. A person next to us marked a server and told them that they were sitting there for 45 minutes and no indication of when their food would be outside. The server then told them “we are sad, but very busy, you are welcome to leave if you want” see pictures how busy the terrace is today. Check had to be requested twice. No boxes were also offered for unfinished Mac cases. In summary, the service was extremely problematic and openly from both servers I had contact with. Watsons should really wonder what they want to remember, terrible service and cute interior decoration? Perhaps a change in management is necessary for a better service."
