"We booked for a special occasion. The restaurant was beautiful and had two singers. They were great. Server came around and took our orders. Had to call someone over to get water for our glasses to be re-filled twice. When our pasta dishes came out, we waited five minutes and called our server to ask for cheese for our pasta dish. Didn’t want our dish to get cold, so we started eating. Waited ten more minutes and by then we were 3/4 finished with our dish. It finally came but by then I was not happy. Pasta sauce was bland and needed some cheese to top it off. Wait staff did not check on us the entire time or exchange any pleasantries. When it was time for dessert, we received a menu placed on the side of our table, no words exchanged, nothing. I found that odd. At least explain what you are handing out for us to consider. Service was lacking. Food was good, ambiance was great. Had not been there in years and was excited to go. We were disappointed."
