"Went for dinner and saw that there was a course special with many choices. Our servers, Megan and Merlin (yes, Merlin) were wonderful. Two of us had the Onion-Crusted Salmon, and both of thought that it was the best salmon we had ever tasted! Our son had the Pesto Pasta. Delish! Came with a choice of salads or soup AND dessert. Had the flourless chocolate cake and creme brûlée. Highly recommended"

"Had not been to Chuck’s in a while so thought we would pop back. We were disappointed that they were out of the one red wine we wanted. We ordered a Pinot Noir but , pretty sure it was not. The food was average. The crab cake was way too spicy (was nor noted in the description) fries were awesome and the quesadilla was good . Our waiter was friendly and efficient and attentive to our needs. I wont’t rule out going back but, I remember Chuck’s being much better on previous visits."

"I absolutely love the food, atmosphere, and service at this restaurant! Every egg dish is fantastic, and the French toast bites are a delightful sweet treat perfect for sharing during brunch. My favorite brunch items are the shrimp benedict, fried green tomato benedict, salmon benedict, and the florentine omelet. Plus, the biscuits are exceptional—fluffy, not dry, and not greasy at all. The variety of bloodies and mimosas is just right!"

"It was raining and I was looking for a coffee shop when I stumbled inside this New Orleans Cafe. I ordered gumbo tasty but rice uncooked jambalaya yummy! red bean good flavor but not my favorite and rice soup 7 a cup and bigniets 6 . First come basis no reservations. My server was super attentive and friendly I wish there were more like him . I will definitely be back."

"By far my favorite breakfast spot in New Orleans!!! The atmosphere is amazing, the food is delicious! By far my favorite bartender is Jennifer with the blue hair!!! That was seriously her name! "Went to cafe last night. Great experience. Ambiance so cool. Like an old cafe. Almost elegant. Jimmy, our waiter was great. Full of stories about the restaurant, its history and background. Also Funny guy. After dinner, gave us recommendations for local jazz clubs. Service itself was perfect. Food was very good. Turtle soup, was flavorful, if a bit more spicy than I am used to from Philadelphia. I had the redfish, and it was spectacular. My wife had their oysters and they were truly excellent. My son had the fish stew, also great. For dessert, we had the banana bread, pudding, excellent. It was a terrific dining experience, certainly recommend highly. "

"Hard to fond a place like this anywhere in NW Wis. Mostly what you find is basic bar food. Not so here. Casual but great food for a dining experience. White linen table cloths and napkins. Okay wine list. Good service staff. A che who cares what puts on the table. Reasonable prices. Worth experiencing."

"This was my first time at Tavern 180 for a family birthday celebration. Overall, it was just okay. On the plus side, I loved the ambiance and decor. The chairs were very comfy and tables were nicely spaced. Service started out okay, became way too slow. We were ready to order for at least 10 minutes and no waiter to be found. The food varied by person at our table. The French dip meat was almost burnt looking while the Kobe burgers were pretty good. There were a couple of kids options that were appreciated and both quite good. Several shared desserts were all quite good."

"I recently visited a breakfast, brunch, and lunch spot in the Hillsboro Village area and had a pleasant experience. The atmosphere was enjoyable and the staff was great. However, I was disappointed with the lack of seasoning in our food. The catfish and grits lacked flavor and the grits were undercooked. The Migas dish was better, but the chorizo was not spicy enough and the Chipotle sour cream seemed dry. Despite this, I plan on returning to try either the pancakes or the Bennies, as those dishes seemed popular among other diners.Overall, a nice spot with potential for improvement in the seasoning of their dishes."
