"Ordered online but had to call 20 minutes after placing order because I never received a confirmation. They didn't check the system until that moment (this has actually happened twice now ordering from them). Which defeats the purpose of ordering onlineand in advance if I still have to call and my ordered is not even confirmed or started, much less ready by the time I get there.I ordered what totaled $70 worth of food [with tip]. O of the menu items I ordered they were out of and substituted forsomething else. I got home and was another menu item was missing most of the items. I recieved the bowl of noodles but no meat,broth or toppings in the bag for the pho. Of what menu items we ordered and did get home, I wouldn't say any of it was verygood. The spicy beef stew wasn't very flavorful or spicy and was full of more skin and fat than actual beef. The chicken wontonsoup with barbecue pork smelled and tasted soooo strongly of fish we couldn't eat more than a few bites before tossing it out.And the chicken plate was also pretty bland. Both attempts trying Pho Tai have been disappointing, and I am pretty sure I won'tbe ordering from there again."
