"Owner/Manager or the two acting on behalf of these titles are rude and unprofessional ,I took video of the both of them being outright difficult and threatening upon serving them with an Auto Repossession order for a vehicle they were in possession of in which neither of them were on contract to possess as the registered owner/employee was arrested and in process of deportation,owner threatened to kill us and his acting manager refused to hand over property belonging to the vehicle as he had been in possession and driving vehicle unaware of the tracking system, he lied to authorities but later admitted to driving vehicle,in summary they both were trying to retain possession of vehicle they had no rights to, but in the end they both could only sit on the side as it was loaded onto the tow truck."
