"This restaurant is quite disappointing. The customer service has been the absolute worst I've encountered—I'm not exaggerating. I've tried giving it several chances, but they continuously fall short. There seemed to be a problem with the ingredients, as three different bowls were extremely spicy even though no hot salsa was included. When I raised this issue, I encountered significant resistance. Additionally, the portion sizes here are noticeably smaller compared to other locations. I recognize that some staff members may be new and still learning, but providing good customer service is essential in the retail industry. I definitely won't be returning to this location, and I suggest that you steer clear as well."
