"I went with a reservation and even though I arrived 7 min after the hostess was very supportive to help keep the reservation for me and my husband. When we got our table it took 10 min to get a waitress to come with water and after taking our order another 15 min from then we still did not have our drinks. Another waitress even stopped by and asked are you being taken care of because she saw us continually looking for our hostess to come back. I will acknowledge that we had other reservations after, but this was communicated to both the hostess and waitress and although it was valentine 's day, there were still open tables for seeting so the excuse of backup I will not acknowledge. We asked the waitress after she served two others drinks and water were ours where and the busy response is what we got. Not sure if it was a bad day for her, but I have never experienced lax-a-dasiness like that here at Kaz. Everyone was helpful including the bouncer but her attitude dampened the night and we left due to our frustration. It was almost 30 min in and we still did not have and drinks!"
