"Where should I start? The dim interior lighting made the restaurant seem closed, even though it was during regular operating hours. When I tried the door, I noticed two front-of-house employees crouched out of sight, which only added to the closed-off vibe. To top it off, they were out of avocado, onions, cucumbers, and other items—there's a Ralphs right across the street! The staff didn't seem to care at all about the lack of ingredients. I visit this place pretty regularly, and it’s really disappointing to see the staff seemingly undermining the restaurant. I'm hoping for a better experience next time."
