"I was disappointed with the service provided by two older men at the restaurant. The first man, who appeared to be around 55/60 years old, seemed disinterested and simply asked me what I needed. After I told him, he questioned my order, but eventually processed it and walked away. The second man, who was around 40/50 years old, was unenthusiastic when I added to my order. He acted as if I was asking for a lot when all I did was request a simple addition. Despite this, I did receive my order in the end, but he recommended that I call ahead next time. I mentioned that my daughter had called ahead the week before, but still had to wait for her order to be prepared. The man seemed skeptical and questioned if she had actually called. Although the chicken at this restaurant is amazing, I was disappointed by the unhelpful attitude of these two older men. I plan to call ahead in the future, even though I don't think ordering two 20-piece buckets should be a burden for them. It's possible that these men were having a rough morning, and if that was the case, I apologize if I added to their stress. I still love the chicken despite the experience."
