"On July 20 at 4:30 PM, I don’t want to come across as overly demanding, but the service I encountered at the drive-thru was quite disappointing. When I arrived at the window, the employee was on her cell phone, speaking very loudly and in a seemingly personal conversation, which was quite distracting. This marks the fourth or fifth time I’ve visited this location and received an incorrect order, whether it was missing items or sauces. I understand these issues may seem minor, but I don't want to waste my money here if I'm not going to get my complete order."
