"What a nice surprise! Honestly, I 've been wondering about this place for years and never tried it till today. By looking from the parking lot, I regretfully assumed some unflattering things, but boy was I wrong! The Fish with Tender Tofu was exactly what you would expect from a great Szechuan restaurant. It 's perfect with steamed rice. The Green Pepper Beef had a really nice dark soy sauce flavor and the beef had the perfect texture to it that is tender but still thick enough to put your teeth into. The green peppers were still crunchy even after being in a takeout box. Eggplant with Basil actually had tons of basil! Smelled sooo good! Lo Mein Special had shrimp, chicken and beef in it. Nicely sweet and savory. Lastly the Mix Vegetable Flame-pot; I was not ready for all the flavors from a Mix Vegetable dish. I don 't recall ever having cumin based dish from a Chinese restaurant, so took me a few seconds to process, but it was soo yummy. Beware though, it also had a ton of red firecracker chili in it. The twice cooked pork is probably one of the best pork-belly dish I 've had in a long time. Its pork is smokey and savory and the crunchy pepper and cabbage are great compliments. One last thing, they use high quality, reusable takeout containers, so perfect for keeping leftovers for few meals. p.s. I 've been to the restaurant at least 3 times since the initial review and it 's been consistently amazing. The pictures probably don 't match up since they 're from different visits. Enjoy!"
