"I've always been a fan of Nordy's, but my last experience was quite disappointing. I have a strong feeling that our server forgot to place our food order. We could see other tables receiving their meals while we waited an hour just for our salads. The manager did come over to apologize, but unfortunately, there was no offer of compensation. A complimentary dessert, appetizer, or any gesture would have been appreciated."
