"I have worked as a chef in more than one state for the last 7 years. Literally everything this place has to offer is subereb. Great quality, very consistent kitchen, the people are polite here, and respectful. Ive had Chinese food all over the country and Stratford is very lucky to have such a good place. By far one of the best places I've ever had Chinese from in my life. The dumplings are fresh and steamed to perfection (definitely hand made). The sauces for every dish are made on the premises. They even put asparugus in the veggie fried rice. You can literally tatste and see the diffrence from any other Chinese place in the area. If you think you've had better I highly doubt it. If your not from the area trust me and give it a try!!!"
