"Without being served. The service in this place is at best abysmal. Shortly after the traditional lunch hour. The patio was completely empty and there were some open places in the dining area. Waited 5 minutes until the hostess stood back to the hostess to show us to a table. Wait for a server at the table for 30 minutes. I tried in vain to mark one down. It became clear that we are not served. Another table of four next to our table was sitting before our arrival. No server visited the table. After 35 minutes we went out. Nobody even told us when we got up and were gone. Needless to say, none of us will ever set foot again. I don't know what it's going to take for Alice Cooper to get from his duff and make some overdue employees changes to this place, but this place is a total embedding. Avoid this place at all costs."

"Been coming hear on and off for years. Today was the worst service I have had and ended up leaving. Bartender was more involved in drinking than addressing customers. When I went up to the bar to talk to him about possibly getting a menu after waiting for 15 minutes at a table, he said he would be with us in about 10 minutes. Sucks because we had our family with us and had told them about our privious experiences. Felt like a fool and took our business elsewhere and won't be coming back. Piss poor attitude for an employee in the small town atmosphere."
