"DO NOT ORDER HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISRESPECTED AND IGNORED! HORRIBLE CURSTOMER SERVICE!!! Honestly, I 've been going here for a year now and I truly haven 't noticed the blanton disrespect until now. I called ahead for my order as I always do and was told to come in after 10min. So I came in after 15min. When I arrive there is a Black man in front of me waiting to have his order taken. There are 2 cooks and the tall woman who 's always working the counter. The tall woman proceeds to unpack sodas, stack containers, and wash dishes as the man in front of me patiently waits to have his order taken. Once she finally acknowledges his presence and takes his order she then gives him such a hard time with his order to a point where he had to repeat the order 3 times to her face. She then writes it all down and leaves to do more tasks. As I 'm waiting at the counter for several minutes to be acknowledged I then attempt to grab the tall woman 's attention. She doesn 't acknowledge me at all! I then begin to shout hey I ordered for pick-up every time she walks by and I 'm still being ignored. Once I realized that my food was just sitting there on the counter the entire time I just left to Lucky Smile up the block and made the same exact order. Of course they greeted me with a smile and go my food out to me within 5 minutes of me being there. I actually got my order before I was able to finish writing all of this! I couldn 't believe my food was out the entire time I was waiting there and I didn 't even get acknowledged when I arrived! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER THERE EVEN IF YOU CALL AHEAD IT DOES NO MATTER! THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!!! Go to Lucky Smile up the block!"

"On our most recent visits, we've found that the chicken used in dishes like Orange Chicken and General Tso’s has been replaced with a cheap, bread-heavy frozen product that is no better than something you’d find at the grocery store. The sauce for the orange chicken lacks flavor, needing more citrus, some heat, and acidity to truly shine. Additionally, the lo mein noodles are consistently overcooked and mushy, and even the white rice has been served wet and muddy. With automatic rice cookers available, there’s simply no excuse for underwhelming rice. On a positive note, the Pork Egg Rolls were decent after an initial period of being subpar. However, we've noticed a concerning trend—our orders now seem to be prepared in under 10 minutes. While speed and convenience can be appreciated, it raises a red flag about the freshness of the food; it often feels like it might have been sitting around, reheated just before serving, which would explain the overcooked items we’ve encountered. We’ve also observed price increases, which are somewhat to be expected in today’s economy. Yet, such price hikes shouldn't coincide with a drop in food quality. It appears that many Chinese restaurants are cutting corners nowadays, and unfortunately, this place seems to fall into that category. It’s disheartening to recall how enjoyable this restaurant used to be just a few years ago."
